Review Workflow

Review product images before export so wrong details, unsupported claims, and weak visuals do not go live.

Review Prevents Bad Images From Going Live

AI product images should not skip human review. A strong image can still be wrong if it changes a label, invents a benefit, uses a weak crop, misspells text, overstates a claim, or creates an image that does not match the channel.

The review workflow keeps the seller in control before images reach Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, ads, email, or product landing pages.

Review checklist

  • Confirm product photos, labels, packaging, and certificates are attached where needed.
  • Check that image text uses approved claims only.
  • Remove or revise unsupported claims.
  • Check spelling, units, ingredient names, product names, and variant names.
  • Compare the generated product against the uploaded source photo.
  • Confirm that the image answers the intended shopper question.
  • Check crop, readability, and product scale on mobile and desktop.
  • Compare versions before approval.
  • Export listing images and A+ modules only after review.

Common Issues to Catch

  • The product looks premium but the label text is inaccurate.
  • Infographic copy sounds persuasive but is not supported by proof.
  • The lifestyle scene looks good but does not match the intended buyer.
  • The product is too small in the frame for a main image or collection thumbnail.
  • A size comparison uses an object that creates the wrong expectation.
  • A channel-specific export has unreadable text on mobile.

Compliance Caveat

ProdVue helps with proof-aware production. It does not guarantee Amazon approval, ad-network approval, marketplace approval, or legal compliance. Final publishing decisions should stay with the seller or reviewer.
