1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all ProdVue credit pack purchases. If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Email us at hello@prodvue.com with your account email and the reason for your refund request.
  • Use the Paddle billing portal linked in your account settings.

Please include the email address associated with your ProdVue account so we can locate your purchase.

3. Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds are issued for the full credit pack purchase amount.
  • After a refund is processed, the corresponding credits will be removed from your account.
  • Previously downloaded images remain yours to use.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that indicate abuse of this policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been issued.

5. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive.

However, by purchasing credits and beginning to use the Service (e.g., generating images), you consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the credits have been used.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee provides broader protection than the statutory 14-day withdrawal right and applies regardless.

6. Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record and authorized reseller. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, tax compliance, and refund disbursement. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
