Claim Locks

How reviewed claims are locked before they appear in listing images or A+ module copy.

Claims should be reviewed before generation

Proof-aware production means image text should not be invented after a prompt. Claims should come from source material or an approved claim set, then stay locked unless a reviewer changes them.

Locking a claim

  1. Identify the source: label, packaging, certificate/CoA, product data, or approved seller copy.
  2. Review the wording for the intended marketplace and category.
  3. Lock the claim for image planning.
  4. Use the locked claim in listing images and A+ modules.
  5. Re-review if the claim or source changes.

Missing proof

If proof is missing, do not export that claim in final image text. Upload a source document, revise the wording, or remove the claim.
