How credits work, what they cost, and how to get the most value from each credit pack.

How Credits Work

ProdVue uses a simple credit system. One credit generates one image. No subscriptions, no monthly fees, no surprises.

The Basics

  • 1 credit = 1 image generated at full resolution.
  • Credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them, at your own pace.
  • 1 free redo per image. If you are not satisfied with a result, you can regenerate it once at no extra cost.
  • No subscription required. Buy credits when you need them, stop when you do not.

All prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Paddle.

Which Pack to Choose

  • Starter (10 credits): Good for trying ProdVue with 1-2 products. Generates a full set of images for one product with credits to spare.
  • Pro (50 credits): Best value per credit for most sellers. Covers a catalog of 5-7 products with a full image set each.
  • Studio (100 credits): For sellers with larger catalogs or agencies managing multiple brands. Lowest cost per image.

Free Credits for New Accounts

When you sign up, you receive free credits to test ProdVue with your own products. This lets you see real results before buying a pack.

How to Use Credits Efficiently

A few practical tips to get the most from your credits:

  1. Start with your best-selling product. Test with the product that matters most, so you can evaluate results on something you know well.
  2. Begin with 3-4 core image types. Clean Main, Lifestyle Scene, and Feature Infographic are the strongest starting combination. Add specialized types once you see how these perform.
  3. Use the free redo. If a result is close but not quite right, use the redo before spending another credit.
  4. Set up your Brand Profile first. This ensures consistent results across your entire catalog, so you get usable images on the first try more often.

Billing and Payment

  • Payments are one-time, not recurring.
  • We accept all major credit cards and PayPal via Paddle.
  • Invoices are available in your account dashboard.
  • All purchases are covered by our refund policy.
